Lighting Recommendation =]

I have one T8 24" arcadia plant growth lamp for my 30gallon tank....now to me it doesn't look that bright or nice its a little dull =[

can anyone recommend a better bulb? or would i need 2 bulbs? etc

ps i think its 18watt can i get any higher? will it make a difference?

but i think i can possibly fit a 36" bulb into it [its on a controller in a case, its not fixed in]
