when calculating WPG, do i include displacement? and it is us gallons, or Uk gallons?

i have an aquarium of size 150cm x 50cm x 70.5cm with 433 litres.
Displacement of about 2 - 3" of gravel.

Just do actual wattage of the lights divided by the tank volume as it was sold to you. This assumes you have proper polished metal reflectors.
