I currently only have 15w of t8 power for my 24g aquarium, im planning on adding another 25w tube and ballast and some reflectors, i dose with TPN+ and i was wondering would i be able to grow amazon swords/riccia/HG

Did you mean HC instead of HG?
The plants you have listed should be fine in that lighting and whilst using TPN+, however the HC won't fair well without any carbon addition. Need to look into some Easylife EasyCarbo.

O, sorry yes it was HG! and yes i am allready using co2, fermentation system and according to my DC i have a constant 25-30ppm

Cool. This CO2 concentration combined with the lighting and TPN+ should serve you well. To ensure the HC did it's best, I'd still dose EasyCarbo.

if you want to do that cheaper looking into using a fire extinguisher for the co2 it'll be around half the price of an "off the shelf" co2 set up
