Lighting For Small Tank

i'm looking to set up a small tank (18"x12"x12") for quarantine, breeding, hospital. Want to put in a few plants like java fern and hornwort. What's a good way of providing lighting.

Ideally I would like it without a lid and use a lumiere type set up. Saw that arcadia do one but a bit pricey. Thinking about the arc pod- looks good value. Any other options/ recommendations people can think of?

try to keep decor to minimum in quarintine tanks, medication doesn't help plants either.
If you mean hospital tank (to raise fry) then the arc pod is great.
