Lighting For A 10G Nano?

Can anyone help me with some lighting for my 10G im looking for something on the cheap (as this tank will be upgraded in a few months) but will still allow me to grow some corals? Thanks for any replies.

Can someone check these bulbs would they work for what im doing? I would have two bulbs as the lid i have now is a standard 10G lid.
