Also i boguht a tetratec EX600 today and a few basic aquarium plants just to see how they get on, and some nutrafin plant gro

nutrafin plant gro is rubbish IME, it did nothing for me, it kept them alive but not much growth.

Ok Sorry to be annoying but ive tried this plant thing with 1WPG and it really really isnt working so tmorrow im going to buy a starter unit, I was thinking either 1x 36W or 2x 24W starter units (dual bulb starter unit), and then getting 1 daylight and one blue bulb so that would be 48W on a 13 UKgal tank. So just over 3 WPG.

I wont add it all straight away im going to buy the starter unit tmorrow, then the bulbs next time I get paid and then finally coverglass, as I think I have found out how to fit it ...

Ok onto my question....Will I need CO2?
