how long should the tank light be on?

and what are ur times?

Hi i run 2x4hrs with a 1hr break. If you get a lot of sunlight on the tank you may need to adjust this

4hours on,
4hours off,
and then 4 hours on?

Dont see why not. from what i understand atleast 1hr break helps stop alge growth.

i have mine on from 3pm till 11pm

Mine are all on 8-11am, then 4-9.30pm

then moonlights (cold cathodes) untill 12am
