Licorice Gourami's

hi does anyone have any experience with licorice gourami's.  I decided to take my dwarf back to maidenhead as he just wouldent leave my chocolate gourami's alone. you live and learn. so I got some baby licorice ones instead. they are more peaceful I believe. the girl in the store said I should feed them lots of frozen food to start with, which is fine as I feed my other fish Cyclops. but only feed this once a week if that. any tips or advice would be welcome.
