Levamisole

Ive found a source for Levamisole here in Canada for $15 per 5 grams witch is apparently good for 88 gallons of water

Im only treating a 10 Gallon tank with a Gold Gourami and 4 WCMM witch have Callamanus worms.

Does anybody know how much I should use for my tank and how long to leave it in for....

Follow the link Tolak gave. The tank should be bare bottom. Treatment should be 24 hours then a 100% water change. If you know the fish are infected, repeat the treatment once a week for 3 weeks.

3 grams for an 88 gal sounds like a lot. The doseage recommended is about .10 grams per 10gal. So you would only want roughly .9-1.0 grams to treat the 88gal.
