Lethargic Betta's

i have a pair of betta's and until recently both have been great

but in last week both in seperate tanks have become very lethargic

water parameters are ok

just cant pinpoint the problem as they look perfectly ok

What are the actual parameters? Do they have heaters? What's the temperature of the waters? Sometimes when bettas get cold or are in coldish water, they don't move around as much
