just thought id share some info on franks aquarium if you dont already know. He is an online distributer who focuses on novalty smaller unique and rarer species, which includes some brackish species. As of right now he has
green chromides, ghost gobies, ricefish, dunker's river halfbeaks(large brackish halfbeak), "freshwater" pipefish. And apparently he had some of the rare light brackish stingrays Himantura oxyrhyncha last year.
Never used him but have heard good things.
