Leggy Cabomba

My cabomba is growing way too leggy. Its up to 2 inches between nodes on some stalks. Tank is 20 gallons, pressurized co2, EI fert dosing, 3.8 wpg. I've heard it could be too little light? It seems like its just growing too darn fast.

Thing with plants such as this one is they grow as fast as possible to the light, trim it down just above a leaf node nice and low and it will shoot 2 new stems, repeat and the growth will be more compact.

hmm okay i have this same problem with my cabomba
