Aquarium sealant is just silicone glue, which you should be able to buy at a hardware store.

Watch out when purchasing silicone at the hardware stores. Most silicone sealants are made for bathrooms and thus contain anti-mildew/fungus/bacteria. If the tube says 100% Grade A Silicone Sealant it should be ok. Look at the contents and all it should say is silicone.
