LED advice needed for 5ft x 2 ft x 2ft tropical with plants

iam looking at a new tank and am looking at the option of LED lights.
my 4ft tank uses 2 x t5 - 1 x 9000k and 1 x 6500k and would like a simular level for my 5ft tank.
confused as to what i need.
are wavepoints any good and if so what would i need?
tmc ? what would i need for these.
ideally i dont want it above the tank , i would like it under a hood.
would i need multiple units etc.
are they all shimmering effect or is that just certain ones as i prefer not ideally.
any other makes i should consider ??
Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi there!
LED all have shimmering to them but it's not something very noticeable... It's just how they react to water that it creates this.
I would aim for a 6500K fixture since you have planted tanks and plants do very good in this rating.

I'm presently using a current usa satellite freshwater led plus for my medium-low light setup and my plants are all doing great. I actually have it dimmed since my fish prefer low light as well.

What type of plants do you have?
What do you want to achieve?
What is your budget?

its for a new tank , plants would be for malawi . so anubias , java fern etc
i want to achieve bright light but not silly bright.  maybe witha timer if possible.
budget depends on tank , filter etc , but maybe £250-£280 ish
