Don't know what "little bubbles" are If the bubble are too big you might need to break them smaller before filling the feeder.

That must be pellets you were talking about. The auto feeder should have no problem feeding those at all.

It all depends on what kind of fish the catfish is, if its a pictus and it gets hungery the green fish are gone, if its a crry or a pleco then its no problem, if the green fish are atleast half an inch long they should be able to make it 3 days easily

but if the green fish are puffers, dont they need daily feedings?
