Leaves Are Breaking Off And Floating To The Top?

ok so i got this plant a while back, with green and reddish leaves, i dont know exactly what its called but lately leaves have been breaking off and floating to the top, now the plants almost becoming bare

what should i do?
im in the process of lowering my ph in the tank because it was to high but is that what will affect it

its just like a stem plants
please help

its a Red Ludwigia

should i buy some plant fertilizer?

Sounds like you don't have enough light?

I had a problem with leaves falling off because my filter's current was to strong.
