Anyone got any info on Leapard Angelfish . I bought 4 yesterday from the LFS and stupidly did not ask enough questions .

At the moment I have :-

1 x Talking catfish
2 x Borneo suckers
6 x Black widow tetras
12 x Neon tetras
8 x Lyetail guppies
5 x Silver mollies
3 x Marble hatchets
3 x Silver hatchets
1 x Red tail black shark
7 x Harlequins
A male and female Dwarf guaramis
And a snail that has decided to move in without so much as a "Do you mind?"

All these are kept in a 5 x 2 x 2 tank with a fluval external filter .

The angels spent the first few hours hiding behind a couple large rocks and that is basically where they have stayed after some 24 hours . The few times when they might have ventured out , the Black widows have been giving them the run around . When all were fed last night the angels were not interested . Again this morning 3 of them stayed away from the ruckus with only 1 venturing out when nearly everything had gone . I am worried they are not eating and also wonder in hindsight if the rest of the residents are to......Boystrous ?
When I tryed to search for them on the net , I could only find a couple of pictures for them . I do not even know what family they are in ie. cichlids etc .
Any info will be gratefully recieved .

there are 3 species of freshwater angelfish
Pterophyllum scalare, Pterophyllum altum & Pterophyllum leopoldi

the most commonly sold is P.scalare these come in many different colour
morphs and one I know of called a Leopard. this is basicaly a grey body with lots
of small dark spots, usually black, sometimes brown.

info on all species can be found Here.
