No laws about selling fish you've bred providing they aren't on a Defra restricted list.
You may have to make arrangements for water water disposal and if you do it on a large enough scale the taxman may be interested.
You are allowed to sell fish that are surplus to requirements that you haven't bred but if you buy fish to sell you need a pet shop license.
