Its very sad, but i doubt the Chinese will bother to do anything at all intentionally to save the porpoise- they knew the Yangstze dolphin was going extinct for a very long time, yet they still failed to do anything about it and it ended up going extinct. China cares little for the human rights of its people, let alone the rights of its animals.
