I think your tank looks rather nice. Make the plants real and change the substrate and it's gold.

I'm getting sand soon, I'm going to bulk buy it when I get my bigger tank, its $1 per kg.
I'm getting some java fern tomorrow for the boat and might get some rocks. I haven't been able to put plants in because I haven't had the lights and and I haven't had the sand
I don't personally like the boat that much, it looks unnatural to me. The only reason it's in there is because I wanted something for the fish to hide in but they prefer the plants to hide in so now I have my bubbler in it until I can get some air line suction cups (hopefully getting those tomorrow). I want to find some driftwood to put in there instead, all the ones I've found have been too small
