Larvae In My Daphnia

There is what I think is a dragonfly in my unopened bag of daphnia, the daphnia is for my nano fish so they won't be able to eat the larvae, should I just chuck the bag without opening it?

Nope.

Pour the bag out into a glass or a jar, and use a straw or bit of airline to suck out the little blighter.

..just dont drink the water..
