Large White Patch On Clown Loach Tail

If my Clown Loach would stop moving his tail, maybe I could get a better look, but at the least he has a large white patch on his tail fin. Not tiny, like with Ich, but a large white patch. Whether it's just a scratch or a growth I cannot tell. I dosed with Chanaverm yesterday, to deal with possible internal parasites (second treatment, as recommended), so dosing with any other medicines is a risky proposition to say the least.

Got a bit of a better look, it does appear to be some sort of growth. As I said, I already dosed with Chanaverm yesterday, so have to be extremely careful now because mixing medicine is a big no.

Another update - it appears to have come off now, with a tiny part of the fin missing. Was it a growth, or an injury...?
