it's been just 6 days!

Ode to a Fishless Cycler

63 days with nitrite off the scale.
Nitrosomonas like a rocket, nitrospira like a snail.
Can't help but feel i've went completely off the trail.

Logged on to TFF to ask what to do,
Patience I was told, and i found that it was true,
when only 2 days later, the test tube went sky blue.

just to explain rubyuk sent me a message last night saying how patient he is, but just wondering if things shouldn't be happening a bit quicker...... after 6 days of cycling. made me chuckle

No Haiku based poems though, if you don't remember english GCSE that's 5 sylables int eh first line, 7 in the second and 5 in the third.

Get it right.....normally patient and just wanted to check that things were progressing ok/normally as this is the first time i've done this.

I thought it was in the rules that you are supposed to be nice to newbies and not subject them to ridicule
