Erm. Just wondering, hope you don't mind me asking... How much did you get it him for, and what size tank is he in?

Not at all. He was 40 canadian, and at 2.5 inches, I think the 90 gallon might be enough room.

Is 90 gallons the minimum size tank it should be kept in? When he's fully grown I meant. And how big should he get when he's fully grown? Interested in getting one myself, and saw one at the lfs the other day. Sure it's the same L number and all.

The information is limited on this fish, but it is suspected to get to around eight inches, so use your best judgement... no fish wants to be a sailboat in a bottle.

He's an amazing fish and he has the most amazing colour for a pleco i have ever seen.
