L134 Died Leopard Frog Pleco Help Asap

Hey,
Ive had my pride and joy pleco for 24 hours. At 8 o clock pm i went up to see him not swimming up and down the glass like he was earlier,he was lying on the bottom...not breathing. I was so upset having to get him out of the tank as ive been after one of these for ages.
Now,do you think he could have died as:
-ive started another course of whitespot treatment one of my clowns has a few spots
-that due to all the meds there may not have been enough o2

Please help ASAP! I need to know!

Plecs are funny with parasite meds.
What with the stress of the journey then the med.
Do you have alot of aeration in the tank as it's tough on the bottom of the tank with meds and high temp.
