L10A Red Lizard Plec

I was thinking at some point getting a L10a red lizard plec but struggling to find any decent info on these (plus where to get one!). All I can find is that they grow up to 4" max but do they eat algae and what temperature do they like and are they peaceful? (don't want my future neons, cories and betta getting upset!)

Can anyone tell me any info on these - does anyone have one - does anyone know where i could possibly buy one one of these little cuties? i'm in the bucks area.

Hi, Red Lizards are great! Not really a true algae eater but will nibble at it. I believe they are a colour morph of a Rineloricaria species. They are all quite similar in temperament - which is just peaceful really - males can squabble if the tank is too small but I have 4 whiptails in my tank and all get on great.

Gorgeous fish! Small, easy to keep and stunning!! And just dont sell because it isnt a guppy or some vile obnoxiously bright colour *sigh*

Either Kesgrave or Rare Aquatics had them in recently because I ummed and awwed about getting some and now they don't have them.
