hi all,i recently picked up a group of mixed stock from a house clearance.included in the sale was a breeding pair of kribs.unfortunately the male died soon after leaving the female with only her other tankmates.would it be possible to introduce another male into the tank or once they pair off are they loyal forever?? cheers Neil

You can try although its not guaranteed that they will accept each other. I would buy a male and have an agreement if they dont get on you can return him cos they can kill each other if they take a dislike! To increase your chances of success make sure you get a male that is larger than the female, and keep a close eye on them for aggression. Once kribs pair up it will be for life although some will accept another partner if their current one dies.
