shot through the side of the tank

in the tank are 2 guppies and 1 female honey gourami, im trying to move them to a different tank

forgot to add,

these pics were taken on saturday, and now there are a few missing

also, a few have moved to the front. just wondering if they are supposed to move around ??

how many days does it take for them to hatch? today is the second full day they have been there.

the female is guarding the cave most of the time, and the male is trying to scare my finger away from the glass

white is mouldy?

they have been white the whole time

the female is still looking after them / fanning them.

Yay! got some wrigglers!

It has been about 52 hours since I found them in the tank.

there are about 5-6 moving around inside the eggs, and what looks like a tail or two poking through :D

how long does it take for them to become free swimming?

and will the parents eat them?

i have now moved the guppy and honey gourami out of the tank

brownish :p

the pics make the eggs look much whiter, it was only until now that i checked them that i noticed how different the colour is to the pic =\

i'll try and get more pics later - them pics were taken on saturday

i think momma is eating them now

Do not wory she might just eat the dead one. If not give them another go and they should learn if its theirs 1st time.
Remember not too stress fish to mutch while they have eggs as they might eat them.

Regards
Bart

p.s my fry is now 0.5 - 0.7 cm and they start to have green reflection on the gils, i hope this will be mixed batch :)

Good luck

I only notice her eating them when i turn the light on to check on them

when she starts eating them, i turn the light off and leave the room quicko

should i remove the eggs, and put them in a breeding trap?

i can kinda see the head sticking out one end of the egg, and their tail the other end. would be a shame to lose them now.
cheers

she feels threatened...

just let her be; or siphon them out :)

i have taken the eggs out and put them in a plastic tub floating in the tank

i will have to buy a breeding trap tomorrow for them, that way they will get fresh water flowing through :p

just lifted the yoghurt pot out and tipped them in.

many more than i thought there was!
