Krib Fry ! - What To Feed And How?

We just spotted some tiny fry!
Granted most will be eaten by the tigers however we'd like to feel them if we can... do we just crush up true adult food and suspend in water and squirt it towards them using a syringe?

i used to put a pinch of fry flake or powder into a cup, let it absorb a little water so it sinks, then drop it on their heads with a syringe. Trouble you might have, is the tigers also going bananas for it, so try feed them something at the other end of the tank.

Thanks Tizer. I've heard mention of baby brine shrimps; does this seem right? I'm confused by the "brine" bit in the name

You can feed bbs but its a hastle and not really worth the effort for kribs, few threads on here about how to cultivate them, search tool should find em.

Personally i wouldnt bother, but what you could do, is jump on ebay and order some decapsulated brine shrimp eggs to feed them with. Its like a very very fine powder and it literally is the eggs of brine shrimp with the outer shell removed. Its something i feed all my cory fry. The other option is Hikari First Bites, another very fine powdered food. Neither are very expensive. When they get a little bigger i feed Tetra Prima, but i crush it up into a powder.
