Hi just a quick one.

I have 2 male Koi swordtails that at the time i thought was male and female. Any how trying to get them fish around were i live is next to impossible. Do any one know if they will bread with normal swordtails ?

They will happily breed with normal swords. But your get a mixed bag of fry, sadily though your almost no chance of Koi fry as the gene's are recessive.

Back to basics for a moment. What we call swordtails in the aquarium hobby are a cross of several of the wild species of swordtails and platies. It is how we get all of those fancy colors and fin shapes. The end result is that you have fish with no way to trace them back to wild type fish of any particular species and the way they have been bred means they do not at all care what they breed with within some very broad limits. If you had some pure fish from one of the wild species of swordtail, it would be far harder to get it to cross, but not impossible.
