Phoenix Koi Rescue is going to be catching all the koi they can before these huge ponds are drained to be cleaned. Silt build up in the bottom of the pond has caused the oxygen levels to become so low that there are fish dying daily. An estimated 400 koi are in this pond so if anybody is in Arizona and wants to help they could use just about everybody. Unfortunately it's a week-day rescue but I'll be there all day. I'm going to go buy myself a large net and bring plenty of bread to bait the koi.
