Kissing Gourami Food

My new kissing gourami doesnt want to eat. I dont know why and I've tried everything I have (tropical flakes, brine shrimp, and frozen blood worms). I went back to the store and asked them what food they fed him, frozen blood worms, but it still isnt eating. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to what I could try feeding him?

i work at a fish store and have noticed sometimes they just won't eat anything. If they are they will eat flake, but best to try live foods i.e bloodwood or daphina

I've tried almost everything. it's been about a week since she last ate, is there anything i can do to keep her from starving to death?
