Killifish in marine aquaria

I have read that some killifish are naturally found in the ocean. Could they go in a coral reef tank??

Fundulus majalis is reported to be a brackish water fish.
But apart from this i have never heard of kilifish being kept in a marine environment.

maybe MAYBE a fish only tank but u need a higher salinity ( amnt of salt) for a reef tank.
