Killi fish

Was thinking about using our small tank for some killi fish, I know little about them.

What other fish can you keep with killifish?

Are they hard to keep?

Do they need any special requirements?

What is a suitable pH and temp??

I think there are a few different types, which vary in terms of hardiness etc.
However, generally they need soft acidic water and relatively dim lighting with well-planted aquaria, and do best in a single species tank, which doesn't need to be partocualrly big.

I did find that site but the bit I wanted to look at (tank setup) wouldnt come on

I have been keeping and breeding Killifish for the past 25 years or so, and to cut a long story short follow the American Killifish Association's beginners guide, a link to which I've posted below.

So from ready that, Its not adviseble to keep different types of killifish together. I think I will pass on the killifish
