It look like a parasite, any sign of flicking and rubbing on objects or heavy breathing, do they look like they are irratated like shaking in position or twitching.

I observed one episode of fast dancing and that is all. That was a couple of days ago. I went ahead and treated with a half dose. I am considering removing the sick fish to another container and treating them again. It seems to have stopped progressing, but isn't loioking particularly better. The meds I used (listed earlier in this thread) are to be used once. Can be repeated in four days, which would be tomorrow.

Sorry i thought that photo was yours, well the spots are in the right places for columnairs, always fins body and head.

Yep. Sounds like that could be it.

I am upgrading these fish into the 29 gallon tank and giving each of my two goldfish a 10 gal to themselves. I will only put the healthy fish into the 29 for now, continue treating the sick fish in their current tank. Once they are well, I will then put them in their new larger home as well.
