I have a community freshwater tank. I use RO water for my water changes. I used to use dechlorinated tank water. The tank water must nearly all be Ro water now so I will need to add some electrolytes and elements.

I am going to use Electro-Right by API.

The water in my tank has the following levels:
pH - between 6.8 and 7
kH - 20ppm
gH - 100ppm

Do I need to change the levels in the tank, if so what to and with what?

Without knowing what pH and hardness you're aiming for, I won't be able to comment on whether you need to change them or not.

I will say that I'd feel uncomfortable with 1°kH. If you'd like to increase it, you can use 1 teaspoon baking soda to 10-15 gallons, which will increase the kH by 4°. You can do less/more depending on your target. Edit: On second thought you should be able to raise it with the Electro-Right. I've never used it before, so I'm not certain.

The kH is important because of its relationship to pH. You should monitor your pH closely for fluctuations with a kH lower than 4°.
