Kg Bettas Question.

If anyone has ordered from KG bettas did they receive an email/call saying when their fish were being sent out?

I was gonna order from them yesterday but went somewhere else instead. He emails back pretty quickly so give him an email. I believe he is very good according to members on here.

Yea he's been quick replying to my emails until I paid (I'm not saying he's being bad - he does have a personal life and it has been the weekend so he is entitled to time off) I was just wondering like I say if you get advance notice of when the fish will be delivered. As I need to book time off work.

Just emailed him. I wenty with www.bettasplendens.co.uk and ordered one yesterday and have heard nothing either about delivery. I just had to tell him the days I would be in and I expect he'll text me when she is posted to let me know she'll be there the next day.

Well he emailed back immediately so try emailing him now

I just asked him if I order how will I know when to expect it as I work and need to book that day off. Waiting on a reply to that now

He emailed back. He said he posts MOnday and Wednesday only. Then it will arrive next day. He can do Thursdays by request but would need 48 hours notice.

i paid for mine on a sunday and they were posted on that following monday as i couldnt do a thursday,so it was very quick turn around, i got an email on the day of posting to say they ahd been no unforseen problems and fish were on the way and my two are bieng fed now for conditioning to breed, i have seen some more i want and said about this week they said that wednesday,this week so today, and they are away next week on monday but can do tuesday, and wednesday, what you having

Mine is arriving next Wednesday, I requested it then as I hadn't heard anything. Plus it means I get a few more days to sort the tank and give notice to work I need to be working from home.
