Keyhole Question

How many keyholes could I keep in a 40 gallon breeder with a pair of apistogramma? Would the Keyholes eat full grown Endler's or Neons?

due to the territories I would only opt for 1 pair. Not sure if they would eat your neon or endlers but I would guess they might. Think mine ate my amano shrimp!

Agreed with 1 pair in a 40g with apistos, to allow enough space territory wise. I dont think they would bother neons or endlers though.

I'm thinking maybe a pair of cutteris or T-bars instead of the keyholes. Would either of them eat neons or endlers?

the Keyholes will not eat small fish unless they are fry. It's fine. You could have a pair or 3 females . They are hard to sex so I would just get 2. Even if you get 2 males they are really good with eachother and will not fight. I had to males. I have just one now and he is 3 years old I love Carl my keyhole. When I had 2 males I never had problems they got along fine.
