Im really worried

My Keyhole, my main fish, has some sort of yellow circle thing on its tail.

I dont know when it appeared or how long it has been there.

he is still acting the exact same, eating and being energetic.

I have attached a photo because I actually have no idea what it could be.

my water stats are normals pH-7, no ammonia etc

it is a 37 Gallon with 2 Bolivian Rams, 1 Siamese Algae Eater and 10 Harlequins

Please help

does it look like a white/yellowish cauliflower appearance? if so it is lymphocysitis-not treatment available as its viral. will not kill the fish outright. may come and go. it is contagious only to fish of similar species. again, will not kill the fish outright.
im thinking it is lympho. from the pics, but a closer pic of just that area would be helpful if you are able.
all the best.

Does this mean my Bolivan Rams could be at risk?

after looking at some photos of lymphocysitis, i am thinking it might be something different. I will try to take some hi quality photos tomorrow.

Im not sure if it is a growth, it doesn't hang off the tail or anything, its almost asif it is inside the tail. It seems to be almost like someone has painted the tail
