Keyhole cichlid bloated

I was away for 2 days and fed my fish before I left and then didn’t leave any long-life food because my fish are in a heavily planted tank and could do with a “starve day”. Came home and all my fish were fine apart from my keyhole cichlid who is now very bloated and lethargic - they can’t be bloated from overeating so any ideas? My keyhole is about 6-9 months old as I got it when it was about the size of a small platy.

My tank is 400L with:
- keyhole x1
- firemouth x1
- rainbow cichlid x1
- blue acara x1
- T-bar cichlid x1
- ellioti x1
- angelfish (female) x1
- bristlenose
- red tailed shark x1
- diamond tetra x5

I’ve moved my keyhole into a 75L tank whilst it’s unwell but would like any insight.

Hi sorry to hear you are having trouble like this - can you give us some more information though?

Have you added anything new to the tank recently? Any changes in maintenance or water changes? What are your water readings, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate etc.
