I've raised tropical fish for awhile, but not betta's. I have 4 females that are currently in a 10 gal tank and they seem to be doing fine. I have heard arguments both ways. should they be kept together, if not how.

The 20 gal in my sig now has 4 female bettas instead of the male. All is well but I think the high amount of other fish such as guppies and white clouds that it helps

well i have a tank with...four(or is it five) females in it, along with some cories. Give them a week of establishing a pecking order, and then they should be good. Just be prepared to remove anyone who is a bully. I have one female that is all alone, she's possitively brutal with anything in her tank. Im starting to think shes a male in disguise  but really, if they are in there right now, and nothing is going wrong, then why mess with a good thing? :dunno:

they are fine to be kept together, but with a breed like bettas you will always get a few arguments. my girls have always been fine and i have 4 living together.
