Hi I'm planning a birthday party for a 12 year old. I came up with the idea of a karaoke party. Does anybody have any suggestions for a birthday party for a 12 year old that will tie in with the karaoke theme?

all the cool kids (and grown ups) are having singstar/guitar hero parties these days.
juliette & the licks last big press party involved singstar, in individual kareoke booths
personally, i hate karoke, but i love guitar hero
