Hi everyone, I am new to this forum but have kept fish for around 4-5 years. Anyway ive got a problem and would be grateful for any help/suggestions.
I have had a few diffrent tanks over the past few years but they have all been under 100ltrs, I have just recently bought a second hand Juwel vision 180. I tested the light when I went to collect it and was working no problem. Just as i got it filled up I tested the light again and it didnt come on. I have priced a new unit for this tank and it is £80-£90. I have tryed changing the fuse in the plug but it didnt make any diffrence. I dont want to buy new bulbs if its the unit that is broken. Is there anything I can do to fix it or test if the bulbs are broken?
also if I could just add another question will this tank be ok upstairs in my bedroom is the tank to heavy to have upstairs it is placed by a supporting wall (dont want it to crash below into the living room onto the TV
