Juwel Rio 125, Overcrowder, Just Right Or Possibly More?

i have a juwel rio 125 tank, and im not sure if its too crowded. i currently keep:
1x plec (4.5- 5 inches long)
1x redtail shark
1x golden gourami
1x eel (around 5 inches)
1x horseface loach
1x african butterfly fish
1x corydoras panda
1x conga tetra
1x bolivian ram
1x electric ram
1x pengassi?? catfish
2x cherry barb
2x glass catfish
2x silver sharks
2x balloon mollies
2x sailfin mollies
5x neon tetra
1x shrimp
and eric the frog

any advice would be greatly appriciated

5x neon tetra - Small shoal, but you could always do with more.
1x shrimp
and eric the frog

Indeed you are overstocked, but not the for reasons you think.
You've got a few fish there that are otherwise known as "Tankbusters" and are seldom kept in small tanks.
Majority of your fish love to be in larger shoals, but you've only got a few of them, and for this reason they won't show their true colours (physically and metaphorically).
Some fish you have will turn rather aggressive when cramped, for example, your cichlids, and will need new homes as the other fish grow.

i think you were kind there as the red tailed shark and gold gourami are close to being too large that tank is way over stocked if you go by the 1" per gallon rule i think the rio 125 is only 30 gallon the pangasius can reach 52" on its own

pangasius catfish is going, just spoke to local shop. my friend has a much larger tank and is taking the sharks, possibly the gourami. now should i just look to build up the shoals? and i think the eel is a zig zag eel, does the same apply to him?

yes i would up your cory to 6 and your cherry barbs the rams are ok as they are so is the butterfly fish i would get rid of the congo tetra as they need a shoal and get quite large
as for the mollies you may have to make a choice out of them or the barbs
not sure about the frog and shrimp i always feel they are best in groups but thats just a matter of opinion

got another frog 40 mins ago, nipped to get some plants. when i got the mollies i was told that they were fully grown and would be ok in my tank, so ill keep an eye on them. thanks for the advice.
