got a juwel 180 bow front tank had it for about a year now everything seems to be ok just wondered on peoples opinion on the filtration system good bad. should i use another along side

It really depends on what fish you keep in there. I added an eheim 2213 to my rio 180.

got a clown knife and a black ghost knife (moving into 200 gallon tank when ready) 2 gouramis large plec
red tailed shark 2 silver sharks 2 lrg angles and a cat fish, what u rekon

As you have "larger" fish,I would suggest adding an external filter to your set up.
