So Iā€™m looking at getting the juwel lido 125 cabinet. But the tank I have is juwel primo 70
The length is the same but the cabinet width is 41 and my tank is 31 will this matter much ?

The Lido cabinet does not have a vertical panel in the middle of the cupboard. This is from the pdf of the assembly instructions

My old Rio cabinet was made of chipboard and wasn't that thick. If it were mine, I would probably use a thicker piece of wood on top of the cabinet, extending to the edges of the cabinet rather than risk the weight being held just by a piece of chipboard supported at the ends.

These Cabinets rely on the footprint of the aquarium to give good support, if your aquarium rim does not sit on the mounting risers, you have the chances of the plank sagging with time. Causing stress in the center of the tank.

Like @Essjay mentioned, you could replace or put another plank on top to give it more strength.
