I have this livebearer fry that developed a nasty long gonopodium. he chases the other  fry like crazy. He is 7 weeks old.
My question is  are they sexually mature when they develop this kind of anal fin, can i put him back with the adults?

Any suggestion and information will be much appreciated!

Sorry for the blurry image....

I believe as soon as they get a gonopodium (fully developed) they can breed.  :/  I haven't tested if they are fertile at that age, but I'd assume so.

What type of livebearer is it? look's like a Gambusia - mosquito fish

I think so because I got his mother mixed in with wild guppies.

100% Gagbusia, evil little fish. eat's fry and kill fish of a similar size
oh and the gonopodium is normal for this species
