 Does that include the "idiot" that doesn't know how to use an apostrophe properly  Mark Twain's best quote, and there's a good few to choose from, is "Politicians are like diapers. They need to be changed often, and for the same reason"

Well, to keep up with Twain, as to apostrophes and other punctuation, maybe he was sick or drunk or something.
For my own part, was probably drunk, or had an attack of oldtimers, and distracted mid thought.
