Done Work Experaince in there LFS?

My Local One said they dont do it anymore So i want to try out A&D. But i dont know if they'll take me on.

if i was to ask. Would i have to tell them a short paragraph or so about what basic's i know about certian fish?

E.g : I Know a fair bit about Betta's. And Livebearers.

So would it help if i explained what i knew? Wolud they proberly take me on then??

us british kids have to work in a certian place for a Review For two weeks.


And the owner's of the shops will write a review up so we can use it later on in life.

Say when you go to get a new job?
Some-one has a statement that you was hard working/ Or sloppy Lazy etc.

We have icelationn. / exlcusion

and yes community service.

If you do bad things you have to litter pick.

if you fight you get put in icelation.

If you threw things around and start a fight in lession is exlcusion

( been there done that. )

Done all of em accept Litter picking Not happy about it. But we Do what we can to protect our friends

All you can do is ask. I'd recommend a neat letter saying why you want work experience there and a chat with the manager - at a time to suit them. Dress smart even just to go in and arrange a meeting and check your spelling/grammar before sending the letter. Many places don't do it due to insurance issues but you never know. Ok And I Know.

Thats why the other Place would'nt let me.

I Dont start it till July so i have ALOT of time to make this letter. Hopefully they will take Me On as i believe I Could help more people with betta's Livebearers.

And EVEN tell them the truth about betta needs,

You know, I've heard that in SOME places you can get fired/in trouble for telling people what Bettas REALLY need. Usually because teeny tiny pretty Betta lamps / bowls over here are $50 (and you still spend $20+ on accessories/gravel/heaters?) and just a 5-gallon tank with a heater but no filter & some ornaments is only, like, $50. It's not even quite as expensive as the bowl if you buy the kit!

They Can Try kick me out.

On my Review it will then have to say

"He Spoke the truth, Be aware of this one"

At A&D the staff normally do ask what tpye of tank you have etc.

If its with the school, you don't have to write a letter etc on why you should work there. Its only 2 weeks not a permanent job.

Unfortunately, even if I wanted to, you can't do work experience at Big Al's unless you're 25+. And they are SO good with some stuffs; they always ask you if it's a new tank, and they even advised me not to put any other fish with my male Betta!! But my Mom and I told him that it's okay, we know what we're doing, and besides, we can always separate the fish.

Maybe PetSmart.... DDX They suck sometimes, though. DOWN WITH PETSMART I'M GOING IN FOR THE KILL....!!!! *swoops down from the sky with pitchfork*
