Lovely tank!!! IT'S MASSIVVVVEEEEE

I'm a bit of a Ram fan so I'd suggest a couple of pairs. Platys are nice, swordies, black widow tetras, balloon mollies.

You could go for some khulis (shoaling fish) or clown loach (you've got the room by the looks of it!)

I could go on but I'm sure there are other better suggestions out there so I'll shutup!

I would change the background picture if I were you. Not many cacti in my tanks!!!! Try some java moss on your bogwod and some smaller plants dotted around. There are some excellent examples in the gallery.

Keep up the great work!

Thanks. I do have 2 clown loaches and 8 balloon mollys i forgot to add to the fish list along with a couple catfish of some type.

I will definately add some java moss!

Your tank is absolutely huge. Are you serious about going planted? If you have the right lighting and CO2 injection, you could have a lovely planted tank.

I would recommend getting a whole bunch of plants that come in like "combination" packs from online. I did this for my tank, got a huge selection of plants, half died, some I threw out cos I didn';t like them, but it was an easy way to find plants that do well in my tank under my conditions.

Fish...if you had a heavily planted tank..loads of lushious green, then I woud get a huge shoal of Cardinal Tetras. Their blue/red colouring looks amzing against a green background. I don't know how many you could have, but I'm sure you could get a big shoal of these. You need to post more specific info about what fish you have so people can help you work it out.

The tank is 7 feet long - 96G

what i have exactly is:

3 Gold marble anglelfish
3 bosemani rainbows
3 turquois rainbows
down to 1 neon tetra (from 10)
2 Pearl danios
2 clown loaches
8 rummynose tetras
5 dwarf neon rainbows
5 congo tetras
8 balloon mollys
&
2 small catfish types

I would love some more input and idea's from people...the plants look kinda funny but i was told they were fast growing and spreading so hopefully it will fill in nice and i'm going out today to get more plants.
Also i heard danios need to be together in 3-5's so i need to get a few more, maybe it will make them less aggressive.

OK, how old is that tank...the silver frame is telling me it is pretty old or just a funky style..looks cool !!

do you have the right amount of lighting to support the plants you want to get ??

as for fish keep it simple add to what you have you have a good mix but adding more species may cause you grief so add to the amount of fish no the species count..
